At Lumra, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality products Please note the following important terms before completing your purchase:

No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This ensures that every customer receives brand-new, unused items.

No Order Cancellations
Once an order has been paid for, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your order details are correct before proceeding with payment.

No Refunds
All sales are final. Lumra does not issue refunds.

Damaged or Faulty Products
We take great care to ensure all products are checked before shipping. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@lumra.co.za within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. While refunds are not offered, we may provide a replacement at our discretion.
